Any auto restorers here?

One of my hobbies is restoring cars. When I'm not on my JD 2305 my other hobby is programming. Put them together and you get a program for restoring cars.

I've written a Freeware program that helps record information associated with a restoration. I've been using it to help with my '77 Spitfire restoration (but it would work on tractors too!). It tracks expenses, has a task list, an activity log, a vendor list, shop inventory, vehicle assessment, photo index, and a bunch of other stuff. I reviewed a few of the other commercial programs already out there. A couple were pretty nice but none did exactly what I wanted so I wrote my own.

It's pretty much done but hasn't been tested on any computers except my own PC at home. Therefore, I'm looking for a few beta testers to put the program through its paces and report back on bugs. If you're interested in helping me out on this shoot an email to curtchambers@hughes.net. Once I'm sure the program is bug-free I'll find some place to host it and everyone can download it.

Thanks

Curt

I haven't received any bug reports so I'm going to assume the program is working OK. It's called "Phoenix" and can be downloaded at Phoenix.zip

Nice little tool, good for you.

Oh and guys I loaded it and it is legit and safe, I know some saw the low post count and thought malware/virus.

Make sure to have a popup blocker.
