Automated telephone receptionists, who hates calling them?

There is a girl by the name of Tuesday that answers the phone at my bank, I would guess her to be in her mid to late 20's. Confused the heck out of me one day when I called and she said 'Good Morning blah blah blah bank this is Tuesday.' having been sick alot that week I said 'WOW it's been a rough week I thought it was Friday already.' After she said it was Friday and her name is Tuesday I was still confused, I literally had been very sick all week.

:laughing: That would have confused the he double hockey sticks out of me as well.

I'd be like? Am I losing it?

When my wife and I were going through fertility treatments we were dealing with the robo calls a lot. We were waiting on payment for over 5k of meds that we prepaid and were to be reimbursed. I came home and my wife was on the phone with them in the kitchen. I kept hearing her say yes, no, i dont know and she was getting louder and louder. I then saw the phone come sailing through the kitchen and smash against the wall. We needed a new phone, and I end up dealing with them now.

I hate these things with a passion!!! It seems to me that you guys in the U.S. are plagued with these confounded machines as well as us here. The thing hardly works, and you get put onto some person that "No spleek engrish" or is unintelligible to the rest of us. The telco's here are just as bad.Just my2c worth.
