Is it worth $435 for 1 set of remotes.. about the only thing I might use it for would be a wood splitter, is it easy to add later as I will have a backhoe on tractor with hydraulic lines running to it.. was also looking at 4720 but was told the extra 5hp would not help any with the backhoe as it is run off the hydraulics, so the 4220 looks like it would do the job and $1100 for 5hp seems a bit to much.. heck i can buy a 5hp briggs & stratton for $200 /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If your quite handy..maybe its not a great deal. I got them and I'm glad I did. You get the remotes and the remote activator under the seat as well as the trailer connection.

Your call..

I am pretty handy.. just put my 4 post 9000 lb Bend pak auto lift togeather and it only took me 3 tries to get it right.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif had to borrow a bobcat with forks to set the ramps.. the instructions were lacking.. I could do it in half the time now.. I think I will wait, then if I need the remotes, I'll do it myself..

Didn't want to screw with my tractor right away...wanted to use it.

You can raise the FEL and disconnect the hyd hoses and then hook up the hyd hoses to the fel controls. Kinda of rigging it but that is what I plan to do to operate my wheat drill which has a hyd cylinder.

If you need to use the loader hydraulics for an extra rear remote, I've found that using the tilt segment works best. That way you can still raise and lower the loader, and you don't need to connect/disconnect the hoses under pressure, especially if you take the bucket off first.
