as i was running into the issue of graymarket kubotas during my search for a B series Kubota here in Germany, I have found several differences between european and us models. Perhaps this info is of use for somebody:

the B20 series in europe seems to only be available without a hydrostatic Transmission. Furthermore the B2650 model has the same designation, but the european model uses a slightly smaller Frame. So look out for that in case anybody imports/exports these models....
