Both have around 600 hours, both have FEL, both cost same at around 6000. The 8200 is older, but looks solid. The B20 looks good too. Which one would be best for light tilling, pulling a small disc and flailing? I know tha b20 is commercial, but will it work for doing some farm work? I have approximately 5 acres with vineyard and some filberts.

Welcome to the forum. I can help a bit on the B20 with a few facts. You are correct that the B20 was more of a commercial model normally sold with a backhoe. The B20 was made until 1996 when it was replaced with the B21. With only 600 hours on a 10+ year old commercial tractor I would be wondering how accurate the hours are. These were very solid tractors yet had a few draw backs for your application. They ran larger hydraulic pumps than other tractors of similar size because of their intended backhoe use. That used up much of the potential PTO horsepower making them less desirable for mowing and tilling. Also the loader can not be removed from the B20 as it can be from many tractors. That could be a problem working in your vineyard.

Sorry, I don’t know much about the B8200. Hopefully someone else can share some facts on it.
