B21 how to start?

The battery is charged, the clutch is in, is in neutral, the forward / backward pedal is centered.

The engine does not turn over, just like if the clutch was not in.

What else needs to happen to get it to start?

I parked it with the stabilizers out on a slight slope. I wonder if that could be the problem?

My B8200 is pretty similar. My clutch safety switch was a little out of adjustment; sometimes it would turn over, sometimes not. A quick adjustment got it working right again.

I have never had to worry about the range lever in neutral or the position of the for/back pedal. It is always good to have it in neutral, but it does not matter on my tractor.

Ill check the clutch switch tomorrow. Any other ideas what the issue might be? Are there other safeties or is the clutch switch the only one?

The B21 has a neutral switch. If it's out of adjustment, the engine won't crank. Move the range lever a little to towards the high range and see if this helps.

The clutch also has a safety switch and you do need the neutral position, both safety switches are worth checking. Do you get the Glow plug indicator light when you turn the key towards the start position? I am wondering if it could be a fuse issue.

I believe you mentioned every lever but the pto. It could be the pto switch. I don't have a B21 but I assume it has one as well. I agree with MarkV, do you get any indicator lights, do the headlights work. Maybe even a loose or slightly corroided battery terminal, flakey key switch?

Stabilizers down shouldn't matter.
