B2100 with FEL, MMM and Box Blade value?

Been poking around for a FEL, MMM. Came across a B2100 HST with 60" MMM, FEL and 5' Box blade. 1200 hours. Looks to be in very good condition and is said to have spent its down time indoors. Good tires all around. Seems mechanically sound. They're asking 7900. In our area that's a pretty decent deal on any Tractor/FEL. Wondering if the experts think that's good deal. Thanks.
