B2400 Very Clean

I found a B2400, 10 years old, 431 hours, HST trans, 4wd with Woods FEL and Backhoe. Went and looked at it tonight and it is in very good shape, very clean and ran well. The only thing I noticed, it had a small amount of rust starting around outer edge of the rear rims, they are filled with sodium chloride. He is asking $11,000 and the price is firm. Is this a good deal, any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sounds like a fair deal.

How did it turn over? My B2400 has the starter relay issue where I need to try several times before it will crank.

Please clarify:

Are you sure therear tires are loaded with sodium chloride? If so that is a huge mistake as it is SALT WATER and that is very bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The next question is if the rims are tubeless?, if that is the case that is even worse bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding the rust on the rear rims:

Is the rust on both sides of the rear rims or the inside?,
Meaning the outside edge of the rear rims is where the rim step is located to ease installing and removal of the tire. The inside edge has a sloped edge and is the main sealing edge for the rear rims.

It was lightly rusted on the outer edge just above where the tire seats. Anyway, he sold it the very next day to the first person that looked at it, other than me.

It turned over with no problem turning over.
