i found a mint b2660 blower with a 2620 mount kit for my b2400 for $1500 --

I had the 2650 blower (a little narrower than that one) on my B2400, and it was a snow eating machine !! Not as heavy duty as my current B2782 blower on my current B3030, but a great working blower nonetheless. I fell its on the pricey side @ 1500, but not bad considering what a new blower costs. I'd try to offer them a bit less, maybe closer to a grand. It looks do be in decent shape though.... a good cleaning will do it wonders. You will want to keep a bunch of shears handy if you buy it. FWIW, the front crossmember holes appear to be the same on current tractors, so should you ever get a new B series in the future, i suspect adapting that subframe would be relatively easy.

i picked this beauty up on saturday and spent most of sunday installing her --

-- nothing like a newbie's luck, installing, removing and re-installing by trial and error!

it's a tank though -- and she runs well --

changed the gearbox oil, lubed the zerks, and ran her at full throttle -- it's like a wind-tunnel out the chute!

this blower re-affirms to me that the b-series is all the tractor i need.

todays chore -- go to the local hydraulics shop to get the right size quick dis-connects!
