helps - the tractor is doing something
leaves - tree leaves, suspension leaves, departs
pickup - pick-up truck, to lift

Who can guess before the picture is posted?

I think it means that someone got their pickup truck stuck in a ditch, he came by on his B2710 and offered to pull him out. Then the guy was rude, so he left.
