I used my Kubota front plow for the first time today and it does not seem to go low enough. I read the manual and looked it over but I don't see any way to make it lower. has anyone run into this?Hopefully there is an adjustment I am missing. If not I am thinking about getting the rubber cutting edge if its lower or getting a metal edge welded on the bottom portion if that will help.I have an asphalt driveway and I am open to whatever will work. Thanks

What is the model number of the Plow? I have the model BX-2764A and it has a reversible cutting edge. The quick hitch will permit the blade to go all the way to the ground and will actually lift the front of the tractor if I wanted to.

On the front quick hitch on my B3030, there are two holes where the lift cylinder can attach. Using the top hole will allow the attachment (i have the blower) to go lower, but won't lift as high. Using the lower hole will not allow the attachment to go as low but will lift it higher off the ground. Any chance yours is the same but your pin (at the bottom of the lift cylinder) is in the bottom hole?

Ductape I think thats a winner! Thank you because I never would have noticed that second hole on top. Hopefully if will make a big difference. My plow is a B2765A. I now have about a half inch of crap on my driveway so I want to get some more snow!

Are both sides of the reversible cutting edge the same? Does one hang down lower?

Regarding the two holes for the lift cylinder, the upper hole is not to be used with the snowblower as it puts too much angle on the PTO shaft. Either position is fine for the front blade though.
