My B3030 has 14 hours on it and will blow a cloud of white smoke every now and then. This is begining to drive me nuts because it has done it when it's cold, warmed up, under working conditions, at idle in cold & warm weather.
It has done it since new and only once it awhile.
I have chandeg fule filter thinking it may be bad fule and only use on road fule now.
Any ideas?

Check your coolant level to see if your loosing coolant, white smoke is an indication of burning water on a warm engine.

Water in the fuel can get thru the system slow. It will often require a filter or two!

One of the things that Kubota does is leave the filter so you can see if you have contaniments going thru the system. Take a look and see what might be in the filter.

I did change the filter twice and there was no water in the bowl. I did call the dealer and they had no idea since it does not do it all the time.
My fear is there may be a hair line crack in the block letting antifreeze in.

I just went through this this weekend change filters drain some fuel from tank in to a clear bottle or jar and let it sit and see if it settles out.

I filled a ice tea jar about 3/4 full and had 1/2 of white/clear stuff in bottom
and changed filters and dident have a problem the rest of the daySat. and Sunday it ran fine too.

I would say a small amount of water in the fuel. You may have gotten it from the station pumping out of the bottom of their tank. I would add some HEAT type product that is formulated for diesel fuel and the problem should go away.

Stranger things have happened then a block cracking but it is rare. I'd check and watch the antifreeze level! Where else could it get the moisture from? You don't park it under the eves do you?
