Anybody equipped their tractor with fender extensions?

I'd like to add extensions on mine but the problem is, my dealer doesn't have that part in stock and he would have to order a pair just for me. He told me that I'll be force to buy them whether I like them or not  . He has no picture and no idea of what they look like. He doesn't want to be stuck with it if I find the extensions ugly or poorly built. I told him that's so stupid to be force to buy something one's never saw before ordering. IMHO, that's not a way to do business  . Usually he's great but when time comes to order parts like those he's quite cheap.

If someone could have a picture of B3030 fender extensions it would be great.

Wholegood #B7365 (shipping weight 30 lbs) listed at 91$.

For use in extending the WIDTH of the rear track? Unless I read my manual totally wrong...it says DO NOT extend the tires on a B3030/B2630..???

No, just the fender over the tires. The problem is the dirty slush sticking to the rear tires and thrown everywhere when circulating at full speed on public roads. It tends to land on me (yark!) and over the fenders. The last time I used the snowblower, by the time I got home the blower wasn't orange anymore it was completely brown (I had to use the garden hose to wash it and the top of the fenders). As for me... I survived.

I don't care much if the blower is dirty but I hate that when dirty slush lands on me. So, fender extensions would solve a part of the problem. No more slush going upward. As for the front tires, the loader posts are directly behind the tires and they catch nearly all the "flying dirty slush".

Even when the temperature goes down below 32º I have the same problem because the packed snow (mixed with sand) lands on the tractor. What do you think happens when I park the tractor in my heated garage. It turns to mud.

Fender extensions seems to be a nice solution, if I could see what they look like. I don't what to bolt any piece of scrap to the fenders. Would you buy a spoiler for your car without ever seeing it prior to purchase?... it's madness... I see so many ugly spoilers everyday that I wouldn't take that chance.

About the width of the rear track, I already have wheel spacers. It gives 1.5" wider each side... and I don't want to remove the spacers (not enough room between the fender well and the tire).

HEY STEF,

I purchased the fender extensions for my 3030 and they
look awesome! well built and tough and it does what their
supposed to do. Take your time installing them, all hardware is
included. I purchased them last year, and they cost me about
$100.00. Sorry no pictures! You won't be dissapointed.

Hey Stef,

All my relatives live in St. Charles and St. Raphael and
Montmagny. Will be going there for a fiftieth anniversary party in June!

I also traded my BX23 for a B7610 and then upgraded to the B3030

Old post; but I thought I'd respond since I bought a pair. The part number is B7365, I think I paid $78.00, but I will check for sure. Supplied to Kubota by FEMCO out of KS, who does sell other accessories for Kubota's, but this item is not sold to the public, just to Kubota's parts and distribution centers. They are a nice made die cut, heat stamped semi-rigid PVC?, PET? with all hardware supplied. I have only seen one B-series with these installed, and that was 3-4 years ago; but I have seen several Grand-L **30's equipped with them a few years ago. JD offers a similar product for the small cab tractors, and somewhere on TBN there is a picture; and I think the same owner also installed the front fenders, so a search should yield a shot. My pair is still in the box as instructions state tires need to be removed, but it appears if one has a right angle air drill, they could be installed with tires on tractor. Some models that have emblems such as HST, 4WD, etc on the fender may have to remove and place upwards an inch or two. They do provide a few extra inches of coverage.

I know this was an old thread but I have a B3030 without fender extensions and have never had a problem with me getting dirty from snow, slush, mud etc. Keeping myself clean must have something to do with the cab!

The cab keeps me clean also, but the fender extensions keep the cab glass cleaner, per the folks who have them.
