B3030HSDCC Keys

Hi, I'm a long time reader but never posted before. I have a B3030HSDCC a little over a year now and just today learned something. My nephew was using it today and when he parked it in the shed he removed the key from the ignition by mistake and when he replaced it he put the key for the doors in the ignition. Then when I came there to move it the key would turn the switch but the tractor would not crank. After I spent about 5 minutes looking around for a problem I saw the wrong key was in the switch. After I put the correct key in the ignition it started right up. I thought I'd post this as a FYI just in case this happens to someone else.

I took the key out once also and was surprised as to which of the two keys worked the ignition when I tried to start it the next time.

Same thing happened to me. When I was first checking out the Kubota lineup,the salesman gave me a B key and a L key and sent me out into the lot. That's when I found out the L key opens the B3030HSDC doors,but does that thing with the ignition switch. Makes me wonder if the door handle assemblies on the B are from the L series.
