I'm being quoted on a B40C tiller. I'm looking to make a decison the beginning of the week. What do you think of this tiller for a 2660? Any other recommendations?

I had a B40C behind my BX23. It is a very well built tiller. My only complaint was that it was only 40" wide. I had issues trying to cover my tire tracks. I bought it used so I didn't come out too bad when I traded it in on a 48" Bushhog brand. I have had other Bushhog products over the years and was satisfied with them. Plus, my Kubota dealer also carries Bushhog. I was set on getting the 42" model but my dealer talked me into the 48" one. I am glad he did. The BX handles it with no problem. I have had the Bushhog tiller now for two years and I have had no problems with it so far.

It's too small and the dealer will probably want too much for it. Go for a 48". Any of the other brands are perfectly fine. I have a 48" King Kutter and my tractor handles it just fine with less HP than yours.

I use a 50" on my BX2660 reverse rotation. I have a Land Pride, but Woods, King Kutter and several others will work well too.

I have a Agri 40" behind my BX2660 and it works great. No problem with tire tracks , I just offset it to one side and do a rototill pattern in garden etc that keeps me covering previous track.
If you can't afford going bigger, you will still be happy with a 40" , and it is lighter if you need to horse it around at times to connect or move out of way in storage area.
It does my 30 x 30 garden in 15 minutes , I guess a 48 " would do it in 13 minutes. :)

I have a Woods 40 " tiller I run behind my BX2200 . Works great , covers the tire tracks fine.
