Can anybody tell me which plugs I need to connect to get hydraulics for a frontloader? I am an hydraulic engineer, but I can't look in the machine.. I can, but if anybody knows the answer, then I haven't got to do that... Thanks allready

Greetings, Foetske from Holland

Any pictures you can post? I have a B6100 that gets pressure from a block near the pump on the motor. If you search by my name you will see pictures of the setup.

I've added a picture of he valve-unit. Can I get the oil-press from it? I guess the 5/3 valve has a open-middle stand. I have to close that before, and take that the oil can circulate, off course.

Foetske,

The B5000 is a gray market machine meaning it may be built differently than tractors built for the US market. I don't know about Holland if it was sold there originally.

The B6000/6100/7100 used a valve to divert flow to the power beyond port and back as you would on a loader valve. These ports are usually plugged if a loader was not mounted to the tractor.

Without the power beyond divereter, you will have to cut into the circuit between the pump discharge and the top cover inlet to get some presuurized fluid to do the hydraulic job you want to do. This means you will fabricate two hoses and braze two fittings to the original pipe with a piece cut out of it.

The system relief is likely in the top cover (like US builds) so be sure the valve you are putting in series is an open center type or else the pump will be the relief valve and split the case.

Good luck!

Thanks for helping me, I've cutted the steel tubes and mounted hoses to a double 5/3 valve, and connected one outlet of de valve to the inlet of the normal lift-valve, so these two are in serie now. A spring is holding the original lift-lever in the lifting position.

Now I have to find its year of construction, for my insurance....
