Most Kubota serial numbers that I have seen are not easily figured out. The first xx digits probably tell you the information about whether two wheel or four wheel drive and maybe the model designation and the last digits give the actual manufactured serial number. From none of these can you determine the year of manufacturer. I understand that Kubota will send a dealer this information including date sold if requested.
