B7100 front wheels

Greetings all,
I have a B7100, the serial number indicates it's a 1979. I found a set of AG tires that I'd like to mount on the tractor, but they are from a later model B7100 that uses a six-lug pattern on the front rim instead of the four-lug that I have. Does anyone know if the two patterns overlap and can be interchanged? (I'm thinking probably not, but you never know) Thanks for your help folks

I assume you are talking about "wheels" instead of "tires" and I'm sure a four lug wheel will not interchange with a six lug wheel.
