My B7100HST has had an overheating problem from the time I bought it from new about a year ago. I can use it only about 20 minutes before I have to shut ot down. Has anyone else had this problem? What is the solution?

When you say overheating, do you mean it "whistles"? The B7100 doesn't use a water pump but relies on thermocycling to move the water thru the cooling system. It is very important that the radiator be kept clean as this is the only way the water cools and thus initiates the thermocycle process. My B7100, when topped off with a 50/50 mix, would "puke" what would appear to be alot of antifreeze but would eventually seek it's own level and run happily until the radiator would begin to clog. I would have to remove the radiator about every two years and flush it both inside and outside with the garden hose. I thought I was doing a good job of cleaning it until I first took it off and saw how clogged the fins were with grass and dirt!! If that doesn't help then you probably have some kind of internal blockage that isn't allowing the coolant to circulate thru the system.
