I need to rebuild the control valve on my FEL. Is there a rebuild kit out there? If so is there one on line i can order? My loader just desnt seem to have the power it used to. It sticks ,bleeds down and will not lift the front of the tractor at all. It just seems really weak. I am suspecting it is internally leaking. It carry's weight great ,but thats it.

I had the same type of problems with the loader control on my Kubota B7100. I was positive it was a worn out controler. In a sense it was. The linkages were worn out. The valve internals were good.

The service manager told me before even looking at it that the internals seldom wear out.

So did you replace any linkage? Are you talking about the the linkage that actuates the plungers? Mine look ok, i dont see anything worn out on the outside. how did you fix yours?

Same thing with mine. If your linkages are worn and sloppy it will be picky about where you put the handle to make it work and not want to dump or push down as it reduces the movement on the valves that you lift up to operate. I just got through replaceing the worn parts on mine it works great now. Not a bad job at all to do about 20mins.:)
