B7200HST Hyd. Leak Top of Case

Hey all. first post here. Need to ask about the various areas that can leak from the top of the tranny case. Change hyd. fluid along with cleaning the screens. Had a leak before I began and still have the same leak. Loader & 3 point also fade slowly. Thot the fading might go away after cleaning the screens but it didn't.
Where are the possible areas for leakage? It is not leaking from the new filter.

Well, I think I found it. A little embarrassed tho..... It seems there are two hoses that have rubbed on the frame and sprung tiny leaks. I'm going to look at pricing new hoses & hope this cures my problem! :thumbsup:

I got the hose replaced and that slowed the front loader fade issue. found another hose leak on the loader and will have another hose made. That should take care of the loader fade.

Replaced the hose by the hyd. fill port but discovered my first thot of a leak was coming from under the plate. It's right where the rear end and the tranny are joined... but on top of the tranny....
Will do an exploded viewing later.

Good way to learn about your B7200HST way your doing..hands on.

Had B7100HST and hyd. hoses would rub,I purchase 3M rubber electric tape than wrap area well where the hoses rub also frame.

If you can post pic or two.

What you really need is this, Unisource, hose wrap.

Here's a couple pics to show where this oil leak is. The white arrows point where the oil comes out. Still haven't determined if it begins leaking when the loader is used or the 3 point with the brush hawg being raised & lowered. Got me a small mirror to scope it with in the morning.

Any ideas are very welcomed... I hope I don't have to take the tractor in to the shop & I don't think I could separate the rear from the tranny myself but ya never know!

I figured out that it's the loader that is causing this leak. The 3 point doesn't make it leak when I raise & lower it. I also found that the leak appears at certain instances. I'm thinking it's when there is downward force put on the loader when it's on the ground. I raised it to the height that it would be while mowing and there was no leak I dunno.

When I was doing all this I noticed the leaks stopped after I had turned the hyd. valve off going to the front loader. After turning it on the leaking got less.

Anyone have thoughts or ideas regarding this weird thang?

It's leaking again! Thot I had it figured out. Still can't see where it's coming from and, to do so, I'd have to separate the rear from the tranny. Prolly will take it to the shop when money becomes abundant.

But I did get the steering tightened and figured out how to adjust the loader controls so they don't fade. It seems the plungers can be rotated or screwed in or out (tighten/loosen). I screwed both the bucket roll and the arms linkage pistons and the fade went away!
Now I just have the greese zerks to do & there y'are! :thumbsup:
I have a knock in the right rear wheel now. Worse when the mower is on. Forward & backward. Not alot but enough to make the rear wheel shudder. Sounds like it's poping a knuckle every 3 turns!
