My problem with that pin is that I can loosen the restraining bolt, but the 1 inch pin still won't budge. That's part of what makes me think it's bent.

I'm done. It took just over an hour. If I had decided to take the back tires off one at a time while removing the pin I bet it would have only taken 45 minutes. There ain't a lot of room between that tire/rim and that pen when it's out far enough to remove the shackle.
I have to pick up two pins that go on the telescoping bars and a four cotter pins tomorrow. Then testing it all out tomorrow evening and Saturday.

Why didn't I do this last year or two years ago? Man, you talk about quicker, faster and cleaner, not more goffy turnbuckles.
