B7510 HST 50 Hour Service Parts List Help

Guys,

My B7510 HST turned over 50 hours this evening while I was grading an area around our new pool. I would like to perform the 50 hour service myself and was hoping that I could get a parts list of what I need to buy to complete the service. Any and all help is appreciated as always.

Your Operator's Manual has a chart showing what needs to be done at the various maintenance times.

For the 50 hour you will need 3 or 4 quarts of engine oil and and engine oil filter and both hydraulic fluid filters along with 2 gallons of hydraulic fluid. The 2 hydraulic filters look almost exactly alike but 1 is slightly shorter than the other. I had the parts manager mark the 2 filters left and right so I would get them on correctly but you can always pull one of the filters and compare it to the new filter to be sure you get them on the correct side.

Be sure to follow the instructions in the manual because you need to pull a filter screen and clean it, it doesn't get replaced but must be cleaned and reinstalled.

You should also pull the air filter and wash it in detergent and water and then let it dry for a couple of days. I bought an extra air filter so I can just swap it out and give the cleaned filter several days to dry out.
