The way the pto works is you have to push the clutch in to shift it in and out on both hydro and gear, does not matter if its mid or rear pto. so when you shift forward to reverse on gear it stops hydro will only need the clutch to change from high to low gear

No matter how you cut it, tommy, you're going to be paying a lot for a good tractor. That being the case, why not get what you want for your money? Why not get something which you KNOW hasn't been mistreated? And why not take advantage of the new tractor financing?

If the B7510-gear has a single stage clutch and the PTO isn't independent, then PTO power is going to be interrupted everytime you change direction. Even the Murray riding mowers keep the blades spinning while you change gears. Sounds like this tractor won't do that.

Probably the first owner has learned that it's no fun to mow with and that's why it's for sale.

Good notes Bob. I think I've decided to get a hydro because of the pto not shutting off between gears F & R, quicker load work, and overall easier and more efficient work.

I think it took a lot of comments by everyone and getting over the "old way of using a tractor" out of my head.

Truly, there are some parts that I wouldn't even thought of if I wouldn't have posted on here and with the help from others. Thank you!! I probably would have gotten a grear and been frustrated because I spent all of the money and wish I had the hydro.
