B9200 Age

I bought a B9200. Is there any site where I can get the age of the machine. The serial number is just over 50000 if anyone can help. I emailed Kubota but they haven't answered me. It was sold to me as a 92 but I think it is an 87.
The tractor is a real bulldog. It helped me grub out a clearing in the forest in no time. The gear shift is on the left fender which really helped with the bucket work. I thought I would need a HST but this worked great.

Try this one. You can only use it three times unless you register but registering is free so no big deal.

Thank you. I tried that but they don't list the B9200 in the serial number lookup. That site has been useful in the past for other tractors that I was considering.

I also have a B9200 fwd. I went to the Kubota website and send an e-mail asking for the year my tractor was made. I gave them the serial #. It took about 4 or 5 weeks and they sent an email back telling me when the tractor was first delivered to the dealer and when it was first sold at retail. I just got their answer about one week ago.

DR, going by the serial number on yours, and the year that you found out that it was, what can you surmise for Ray? Is his serial number close to yours? Above it, or below it? Can you guestimate a year model for his, based on your information?

Thanks. I should have it in a week or so then. I also went to a dealer. The B9200 serial numbers were not in the book - would you believe it. They called the distributor or someone and got the information. Always a but. They made a mistake and got the last digit wrong so it wasn't my tractor. However the one they gave me was sold in 1988. It was close enough for me. I am going after the guy for selling it to me as a 1992. He deals in used tractors as a hobby. I think he made an honest mistake but I hate to pay for his mistake.
