Greetings! I am the restart of original username AndyR - but haven't been active for about 15 years. Living in a big old connected farmhouse in southern New Hampshire. Still have the same tractor - a Kubota L5030HSTC. Now starting to do more work on my own place (instead of everyone else's) and going to be adding a few more things to the tractor.

I recognize a few names from the past, but not many. Forums used to be just orange green and a little blue but I'm glad to see that things have grown and Muhammed is still leading the charge. Over the time since last active I have switched from working on computer windows to working on real windows - historical window restoration and all that is related.

Sounds interesting.
So how about a tutorial on the technique of re-glazing an old wood window? A skill I really never mastered despite being in the building business for over 30 years.

... technique of re-glazing an old wood window...

Make sure you have fresh glazing compound and buy a glazing tool...you will find them with the putty knives and scrapers etc. in hardware, paint or big box stores...make sure the sashes are clean and dust free...

I can do that. Presently updating my company website and will link that when complete. I also sell Sarco glazing putty - which is what we use in the trade as opposed to Crap-33.

It is indeed. 5 foot high dragon sculpture welded up by a retired logger that I picked up some time ago. Transported home in the back of a little ranger pickup I had then - a very amusing trip. Time has not been kind to the beastie and it will need quite a bit of rework when I get a chance.
