I finally got a day off and was able to look under the hood of my tractor. The glow plug relay is a yellow 15A fuse. I also found my owners manual, and it also shows it to be a 15A fuse. I double checked the service manual to make sure I didn't read it wrong and it shows a 5A, so, I guess there is a misprint in the service manual. I hope the previous post didn't cause you any problems.
