I was sent this clip, thought I would share it. This is how you protect that expensive tractor. Almost fell off my chair laughing, the gene pool is improving. Bad Burglars

Dozernut,
I will have to take Redrockers comment that it was funny, cuz I cant get it to load. Oh well! But I did notice on your profile that you enjoy woodworking. I ran into a guy a couple of years ago that wanted to sell me some old barn siding. Upon getting to his place, I found out the siding was 2" thk black walnut that they used wooden pegs to attach to the barn beams. Needless to say I bought a few boards. I ended up using it to make the raised panels on a cherry entertainment cabinet. Just thought I would share that story with a fellow woodworker.

I bet that was some beautiful Walnut! That old Walnut has a hue and warmth of it's own that can't be matched by the Walnut cut today. I had a standing dead tree behind the dam that had died several years earlier. It had no bark nor limbs left and when I dropped it, it had a solid core of Walnut. I put it on the band saw mill and cut it in to one inch boards. Beautiful wood, but I had to save it back and use it all on one project because none of the other Walnut would come close to matching it.
Sorry about the video, I can't get it to load right now either.

That is really funny to watch and poetic justice if it is real. Difficult to tell even in slow motion, although it appears the thrown objects go well over their heads. But the way they fall sure appears to have been knocked down (or maybe pulled). There was definitely a real case, I think last year, of a guy throwing something into an unbreakable window and getting knocked out when it bounced back and hit him.

I don't know if the video is real or not, I just thought it was funny and wanted to share it. I have personally observed some tremendously funny and horrific escapades committed by man to himself and to others. Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction. But this is a family site and an old man rambling about "war stories" would not be appropriate /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. Just take it at face value, it's entertaining.
