If you finance it and UCC paperwork is filed, you have a very great chance of getting caught. My dealer in Conn won't sell a tractor with no sales taxes unless you provide him with the ag exemption paperwork that you need to get from the state. To het that you need a certain amount of ag based income. I'm not sure how much it is, but to get farm rate on property taxes you need to generate or spend $15,000 annually on ag rated income or expenses.
