You are right about it not being much of a problem on small equipment like cuts and sub-cuts but believe me cylinder speed is a major concern on large equipment more than a few times I have had a owner or forman chew on me because his machine was slow and maybe only by a second or so on a function that does not seem like much but with a GOOD operator that means a lot in a days time when you thint that they are making several hunderd cycles out of a ditch or loading trucks it works out to a lot of lost production
