I would get a manual for your tractor and follow the recommended schedule.

the only thing i can think of is dont change the fuel filter at the same time as you change the oil as it will and can rev up when you first start it thus takeing out the bearings. change the fuel filter only after you have started it and checked for leaks don

gonna have to wave the BS flag on that one.......

gee, ive been in the heavy equipment/large truck repair and maintenance industry for quite a while now, and have never heard anyone say this, seen anyone do this, or been told to do it this way. i always change the fuel filter while the oil is draining. i have never seen, or heard of an engine revving up when it first gets started after a filter change. even if it did, there's still oil in the pan for it to use; i dont see how a bearing could get taken out. its not like its going to run at redline for several minutes.
i work on very expensive machinery, and if a boss or owner thought their machine was going to spin a bearing b/c the fuel filter was changed at the same time the oil was, i am sure i'd know about it.
