I never had to replace the battery on my MF 1250 so I can't help you there. 1260s have a turbo on the left side of the engine. The MF 1250 and MF 1260 look almost exactly alike. If it is a 1240 it won't have a sprung seat. The tag (sticker) under the front of the seat (vertical panel) tells the model.firstcut said:I just got used MF1240 (not sure, may be 1260, but prety sure 1240)
Needs a battery, what should I look for? Prob. Auto Parts store, or Sears.
