Hello Folks,
so I purchased a BCS740, so far so good, the machine seems to be in good overall shape and runs nice.
As I never owned or used a two wheel tractor I have no clue about the braking performance.
If I lift the unit, the brakes seem to stop the wheels fine, but when the machine is driving, I can't use the brakes to stall the engine or stop it, no matter how hard I pull the levers, the machine keeps pulling.
As I have a heavy 300lbs stone burrier implement, using the brakes left/right as steering support doesn't work satisfying, which probably is caused by the stone burrier's rear-roller.
Is this usual behavior of a 740 or are my brakes somewhat worn or shot?
Any thoughts are welcome!
Many thanks.
