BCS Rototiller question [greatly appreciated]

my auntie just phoned me and asked a question about a BCS Rototiller, she does not have the internet and would greatly appreciate an answer. The question is:

She has a blue, BCS 9 horsepower rototiller and she isn't sure of the model number. Would it be alright to rotate the wheels to increase the width? Is this safe? Thanks!!

I have the 10HP model and the wheels can be arranged at several widths, there will be no problem if she widens the width of the wheels, she has a great tiller there.

Yes, I have an 8 horse model and there is no problem with increasing the track width.
