I was having some troubles with my 4210, and thought I would pull the rockshaft filter (located above the rear PTO) and service it. In trying to remove the filter, I must have done something, or maybe the factory or previous owner cross threaded it, cause I could not get the filter cap off of the line running to the left side of the tranny. I finally was able to get the cap off after a lot of cursing and elbow grease, but the threads on the nut of the fluid line was completely boogered, and had to be replaced.
To replace the line, the left rear wheel and fender had to come off. I used a tire iron to lift up the plastic bottom from around the seat, which basically sits on top of this line, to give me a little more clearance for the wrench (BTW, the size of the nut is 30mm). If you can find a crowfoot wrench in this size, you might be able to do it without having to pull the wheel and fender.
So when you service your rockshaft filter, DO NOT overtighten the connectors, you may regret it next time.
