Bear or 'Coon Picture?

While taking a stroll today around our lake we stumbled upon this pile of scat. We know we have black bear as well as racoons in this area, but would like an opinion on which left this pile of scat. We, of course, are hoping it's 'coon, but we well could have either one hanging out here.

I'm going with Bear. Coon pooh is more like a dog pooh....

Speaking about raccoons, a mama and three little ones came across the street into the yard today. They were across the hedge when I got out, but came over to say hi.

Yeah, that looks more like coon scat. Our coon tend to poop in depressions or small gullies in the ground for some reason.
