Belarus 250AS DECOMPRESSION STOPPED WORKING

Decompression has stopped working when the lever is pulled on my Belarus 250AS. Has always worked in the past but suddenly stopped. Checked the lever and the actuation levers on the sede of the head and all are moving ss they should
