Best backpack sprayer?

Any one have an opinion on the best backpack sprayer? I have an unmowable hill which needs controlling - really steep pitch. I'm normally not a fan of chemicals, but roundup is the only solution I've been able to come up with so far. It's probably around a quarter Acre. So something decent size...

Any thoughts?

was just looking at the Stihl 420 and 450, anyone have thoughts on those? I'll search on solo

I have Solo and Echo...

Both have been problem free... Solo has a flexible plastic spray wand and Echo is brass.

I bought the Solo from Northern years ago when they were cheap...

Didn't want to use the same sprayer for different applications and bought the Echo from a commercial landscape supply that sells Echo and Stihl and Honda products.

I actually have the roundup brand backpack sprayer, but have only used it one time this year. Did a great job. Sprayed about 2000 sf of driveway.

I've settled on using backpack sprayers manufactured by Jacto. They sell under their own brand name as well as under the Shindaiwa label. You can google them for more information. They are far superior to Solo brand, which seems to be popular in the past.

I'm a big fan of the sp backpack sprayers. If you use it much, I highly recommend coming off the few extra bucks. I also have jatco and solo. Jatco is well built but not very ergonomic. The solo is a little more comfy, but not all that well built.
