best prices for tractors

hey guys i know that i am asking some stupid questions.i am a newbie when it comes to buying tractors.but,how do you get the best deal for your money?how do you know what the dealer paid for the tractor?i guess what i am saying is that i want the best deal that i can get.is there anyway to find out invoice price vs msrp?
