Best Way to Insulate a Garage Door?

Well, I thought I wanted the Tuff-R or Super Tuff-R, but found they were just too rigid to be able to bend them to fit into the panels of the garage door. So, after visiting two Home Depots and two Lowe's, I finally decided to try the Green Guard from 84 Lumber. Pretty low R value, but maybe it'll service the purpose since it was the only one I could find with enough flex to do the job.
