Best way to pre warm x465 transmission and reared in winter

As the title says I am looking to find the best way to warm up the tractor prior to blowing snow. Its kept inside but the building is not insulated or heated.

For me, once it is started, I start moving. Slowly but moving and little to no "warm up" period of time.

When I first got my JD318 I would have to jack the back of the tractor up and run the Hst at half speed for 20 mins to warm things up enough to plow. PO had the wrong hydro fluid in the machine for my climate. I changed the hydro fluid to a J20D spec fluid similar to JD Hy-Guard Low Vis. and have never had to warm up the machine for any winter activities again.

How cold are we talking about?

For example, Gillette, Wyoming is average temp on last day of the year of high of 35 deg F and low of 13 deg F.
Record low of -30 deg F.

How does that compare to where you are in Norway?

At the moment it's warm, yesterday it was 8 Celsius but it has been below -35 when I was a child, so in the last 20 years it's been very unstable when it comes to temperature.
