Just cleaned the paved driveway for the first time yesterday using JD4110 FEL bucket. The float position still had too much downward force on bucket. My driveway is on curve and uphill, so one side of bucket digs first. Ended up using normal stick position and bucket angle to scrape, went pretty well.
Has anyone got better idea or seen a plastic bucket edge scraper that would save my asphalt?
I do need to use my bucket to place snow due to hill on both sides of drive, so plow blade alone won't help. I was thinking of modifying small snowblade to attach to FEL bucket that can be winched up to open bucket for snow placement.
Any ideas would help, I have learned a great deal from all of you thru this forum :>)
