My new RTV 900xt arrived today and what a machine! A special thanks to all those who purchased this machine over the last few years and got Kubota to make it right. So far, so good! Transmission works excellent!

The dealer was great and told me this machine never even saw a drop of rain. It was delivered last Friday, I paid for it on Saturday and it went right into the prep area. Waiting for the top to be delivered.

I tried it on some inclines and it launched up the hills. The dealer also told me the spray on bed liner eliminated rattles in the bed. I am super critical and I found no rattles to speak of.

The fit and finish are top rate and the dealer made sure it had the wow factor when they delivered!

So far, the only things I will ask them about is the fog in the temp gauge and the gas gauge boucing all over the place.

Is either of these items normal?

Yours is what i origionaly went lookinf for, but the one that followed me home, has a little more bling... Salesmen... What type top did you order? Mine is the plane plastic, but think it will do well for my needs. Enjoy, and keep us updated on developments.

I ordered a plain top. I think it was around $230, not sure if it was black or orange.

Very nice!!! You're going to love that....There shouldn't be any guage fogging..Warranty issue. No biggie. My gas guage doesn't move a whole lot. Might depend on the terrain though. My BX's guage does move quite a bit on hills.

Ike,
Haven't noticed fuel gauge moving, but haven't paid much attention. It is full of fuel, i did check that, but I will keep an eye on it and let you know. Is yours bouncing around due to fuel sloshing in tank? I was told that the only color the plastic top comes in is black. The orange top is a metal top. I did see a white top as an aftermarket and kinda wondered if this wouldn't have been better for summer. But don't think it will be a problem with the open cab. I would have the dealer check the gauge fog when you take it in for roof install. Might just be able to use hair drier on low to warm it up and dry it out for now? Looks like you have a lot of orange in that garage!!! I base my purchase on thier ZD21. Great machine.

So far the RTV 900XT is a blast (in the short time I have been able to drive it). Some of the accessories I am considering are:

Now- Plastic canopy (on order), Glass windshield, and winch.

In the fall- Heater, soft sided cab, rear tire chains, hydraulic snow blade.

This machine will continue where my Mule left off, moving soil, stone, and mulch.

The break down was, $11,600 (included $400 rebate for paying cash and the spray in bed liner option), After I added the speedometer, plastic canopy, sales tax and state registration, my OTD was $12,600.

Congrats on your purchase,my 900 fuel gauge will bounce around some when the tank is below full but not enough that you don't know how much fuel you got.Needle might sway a 1/4 on rough terrain but will seettle on smoother ground. No fog in either gauge but as said before my BX tractor does and my Harley Roadking does but it always dries out and works. My wife always says her biggest regret about our RTV was not buying one sooner.Enjoy it for sure.
