I have 12 of the Commercial T/A's on my trailers. I'll be checking with the tire store next week. The Michelin XPS Ribs are a premium tire.
Unless something has changed in recent years that I don't know about (which is a possibility, of course), B. F. Goodrich, Michelin, and Uniroyal are all owned by the same company.
My commercial traction T/A's just got taken off for weird wear but they are not in the recall. 265's. I only got 10,000 miles out of the fronts. The rears are at 50% wear at 12,000 miles roughly.
I am not sure what the warranty is, but I would think you should be able to get something out of that...some sort of prorated replacement at least.
