Buying Advice BH 77 for B 3030 without cab?

   / BH 77 for B 3030 without cab? #11
I am like Kubota 2007, I have a b2620 with, mmm, front loader, and backhoe. My mower seemed to operate like K -2007, I also ended up buying a zd326p this year. I use it to mow my yard along with a pasture at my other place.

628pm, I hate to hear that about your mmm. I guess you have to make some sacrifices somewhere, however, that is the primary reason that I even want this size of tractor. Maybe my wife will eventually see that a ztr and a tractor is what I need to properly maintain our property. Thanks again for your input.

I'm confused.

Somewhere in this thread, I saw mention of a "cold weather cab."

I also thought I saw that someone said Kubota was no longer offering the B3030HSDC (meaning with a CAB).

So, here is the link to the B3030HSDC--the "C" means "with factory cab," I believe.

But nowhere can I find any mention of a "winter cab."

If I've got this correct, then whoever stated these two things:
1. No more B3030's with cabs were being offered on Kubota Tractor Corporation, and

2., that there is a "winter cab." I would appreciate it if you could please clarify these two points--thanks:

I have read that the std. cab on the B3030HSDC allows "shirtsleeve snowblowing"--that seems like a warm enough cab for me, but I'm curious if there's a better option.

Below is the link to the B3030HSDC:

Thanks,

The B3030 can and non-cab is being replaced by the B3000. Same machine with some changes as far as I've read. Both the old and new cab versions have HSDC and HSDCC versions with the CC version being a cold weather version. I believe that added a larger alternator and some other "stuff" I don't recall. Plus on the B3000, only the CC version has position control. I"m not shopping these tractors, but that's what I've picked up from those here that are. Hope some of that helps.

Edit: Looks like the B3000 CC version includes about all the delux cab options - work lights, defroster, suspension seat, etc., which are just that, options, on the straight C version.

Chris,

Absolutely--THANK YOU!

I didn't even know about the suspension seat, and I definitely wanted the heavier alternator, and other "extras."

You have saved me from...myself. :D

Thanks again,
