I am getting ready to order a bh77 for my 2650. I know you loose the suspension seat when you put the swivel assembly on and would really like to keep that. I have seen a few videos where the cab model mount is used on the rops model and you use the cab spacers that move the whole backhoe away from the rear of the tractor and you can keep the suspension seat and use the fixed seat that comes with the cab model mount for when you are digging.
Now my thought here is that maybe i could mount the backhoe without the cab spacers and still be able to use both seats. It would be the way it looks like the bh77 is mounted to an L series tractor. There are both seats in place still, but you have to flip the drivers seat forward to flip the backhoe seat down before use.
There is a youtube channel called mattsneed for speed and he has the cab spacers on the rops and it works just fine. I just would like to have the hoe closer to the rear of the machine as opposed to using the spacers. In his videos it does look like it would work without the cab spacers, but I could be wrong on it. I don't know if anyone on here has tried this, but I did come across a few threads about people wishing they would have kept the suspension seat for normal use when hoe is off the tractor.
Any thoughts on this are appreciated.
