Backhoe BH operation

Hi everyone,

I'm intrigued with the BX25 BH/FEL. So I rented one from Home Depot to get familiar with and do some things around the house. The guy at the rental counter is an idiot. Didn't even know to let the Glow plugs to warm up. Just started to the tractor.

Anyway, I want to play with the BH now, but can't figure out how to rotate the seat for BH operation. Could someone enlighten me?

If you are on the seat between your legs is the latch - sort of pulls up.
The seat will lift up and back toward the backhoe -then as you go back it will swivel around (you need to turn it - not automatic)
Once turned around push it down (kind of hard) and you will hear the latch snap down and the seat is locked in backhoe mode.

Stand on the left side of the BX25 (opposite the side with the FEL lever). Lift the long latch at the bottom of the seat with your left hand to release the catch. Hold the back rest with your right hand and the front of the seat with your left, then lift the seat upwards and rearwards. There is a kind of detent you'll feel! Let it rest in the detent. Twist the seat around so it faces to the rear. Place your left hand on the back of the seat and push it firmly forward to lock it in position.
