Backhoe BH RDTH 60 lynch pins on wheels

The lynch pins on the wheels of my BH keep getting pulled off (and then the wheel and spaces fall of) when backing under brush to cut grass. Any solution for this other than to stop backing under brush? JD dealer acted like it happens all the time.

Cotter pin or nylon nut and bolt.

I had to use bolts with self locking nuts.
