l3400 with loader and bh75 backhoe. 1 year and 1 month old 40 hours. First 5 hours on hoe I broke the cylinder in half. This year, first time I use the back hoe higing out my second old stump, while curling the bucket the bucket twists, twisting the arm cylender and connecting pieces on the bucket... one month out of warranty and mayby 10 hours on the hoe. This has been the BIGGEST dissapointment. I cannot recommend this setup to anyone, I cant imagine someone who needed to work with this thing. Best part is I started my vacation today, lots of plans for it.

Can you post some pictures so us that do have a BH75 can see what is up.

Are you using a PTO pump? Bending cylinders has been known
to happen on new b/hs when their relief valves are set too high.
PTO pumps offer no safety pressure relief backup.

They shouldn't sell the thing if there are no functioning reliefs. Your gonna end up with a twisted up counterweight like fellow TBN'er "GRIZZ"

no pto pump here.. Relive valve is functioning properly, I am now thinking about the play in thepin that connects the dipperstick arm, there is about 5 inches of shing at the bucket side to side.... Been that way since I bought it... I noticed today that the ones on the lot did not do this?

Did you contact the dealer yet? 13 months and 40 hours, I'd think they'd give a bit of leeway on the warranty with such low hours and so much play in the dipperstick arm. Give the dealer a chance to make you happy, as it sounds like you had a problem hoe from the start.

Dropped it off today, they said they would call the rep and it would be his judgement. I am hoping that the play in the pin is what caused the problem, at least I would understand why this happened. I will post some pics tonight.

Oh Man that so sucks. I know how disappointing that must be for you. The worst thing is losing faith in your equipment and being afraid to actually put it to work. Good luck. I would love to see some pictures just to see what happend
