Anyone replace their bumper pads on Woods BH7500? Is there an easier way to do it than remove the whole backhoe? I've been trying to see if there is a way but looks like I'm out of luck.
My used backhoe developed a leaking hoses, so I decided to replace also the bumper pads since I will be taking it apart but did not anticipate how hard the pads replacement are. I'm stuck right now on the swing cylinder removal and from what it appear there is no other way to than to remove the boom arm and the rest of it. The top plate was a pain to removed but I was able to after grinding off the two spot weld and using my gear puller. And that is all I did and all is on a stand still right now. Anyone care to share their expertise?
